WHAT TO EXPECT
Let’s clear up one of the most common questions I get: What is the difference between a psychic and a medium?
A psychic connects with your spiritual team—your spirit guides, guardian angels, and higher self—to give insight into where you’ve been, what’s going on in your life right now, and what’s most likely ahead. Think of it as a “big picture” overview of your past, present, and potential future.
A medium, on the other hand, focuses on delivering messages from your loved ones who have passed, as well as your spirit team. It’s not about predicting the future—it’s about connection, validation, and often, healing.
Before we begin your session, I’ll ask if you’d like a psychic reading, a mediumship reading, or a blend of both. That way, we make the best use of our time together.
how to prepare for your reading
- If you’re seeking a mediumship reading, I recommend waiting at least three months after someone has passed. This allows you time to process your grief and gives them time to adjust on the other side.
- Come with an open mind—and hey, a healthy dose of skepticism is completely fine. You don’t have to “believe” for the reading to work.
- Anyone 18 or older can attend. If you’re under 18, I just ask that a parent or guardian be present.
- Make a list of questions or topics you’d like to cover. You don’t need to bring any trinkets, photos, or personal items—your spirit team already knows why you’re here.
if you're coming in-person
- My office is cozy, with seating for two. You’re welcome to bring a friend, but please let me know in advance.
- I highly recommend voice recording your session so you can revisit the messages later—sometimes the most powerful validations come after you’ve had time to reflect.
- Give yourself extra time to arrive so you’re not rushing. Even a few minutes of quiet breathing or meditation beforehand can help you feel grounded and open.

- Find a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted.
- Make sure you have a strong internet connection and your device is charged.
- Just like in-person, take a few moments beforehand to relax, breathe, and set the intention for a meaningful session.
during your reading
- You can expect me to ask for your preference (psychic, mediumship, or both) right at the start.
- I will deliver the messages as they come through, and towards the end, I’ll ask if you have any other questions or if there’s anything we haven’t covered.
- Don’t worry about “feeding me” information—validation comes naturally during the reading.
after your reading
- Save your voice recording and review it later—you’ll often catch new insights you didn’t notice at first.
- Jot down any key points, themes, or those “wow, that’s amazing” moments.
- Give yourself time to process what you’ve heard. Some things make perfect sense immediately, while others click later.
